Training needs to deliver a return on investment every time, that is why we will always sit down with you and understand exactly what results you want from the training both for the organisation as a whole and for the individuals attending the programme.

It is really important to decide what behaviour changes you want to see after the programme, what results you want to see and how will you obtain a return on the investment you are making. We will ensure this is agreed up front so that our partnership with you produces the results we agreed together.

Follow up to any training is crucial and we will agree with you how this should be done even if it doesn’t involve us.

Our training is practical in nature rather than theory, Colin Davies had 20 successful years in various roles in the financial services sector before establishing Successzone and so he has plenty of experience as well as a constantly developing knowledge of current trends, ideas and current thinking.
